No - all of our Beach Showers are essentially the same with the same parts and capabilities.
Our Beach Showers operate on a super simple system - just fill with warm water (<50°C/122°F for safety reasons and to protect the unit itself) and the 4mm neoprene cover will then keep it warm for a few hours so you can enjoy a nice and toasty shower.
This varies a lot and depends on your surroundings, the temperature of the water you filled it with and the climate, so it’s very difficult to predict.
As an example, during wintertime in northern New South Wales Australia (average temps of 9°C to 20°C), we fill our Beach Shower with hot tap water around 8 am and load it in the van. By 12 pm it’s still nice and warm.
Yes, but you will need to give it some TLC. By that we mean you should wrap an extra layer/s around your Beach Shower to keep it nice and snug (e.g. towel, blanket, windscreen sunshade etc...). This will ensure the water stays warm - even if you live in an area that experiences low outdoor temps.
We’re happy to help you find the right size Beach Shower for your needs, but the best place to start is to ask yourself two things: how will I use it and for how many people? For surfers or couples, a 5L Beach Shower should do the trick. For campers or larger families though, you’ll find an 8L Beach Shower is perfect. For more info about sizes, check out our guide here.
For a manual system we think it's pretty good! Expect when pumped to the max and pressurised as much as possible to get approx 40 PSI. Remember top up pumps are required as you make your way through the water and the pressure will drop until you top up with these additional pumps.
Nope. You only need to pump it 7 to 9 times initially to build pressure (with a few top-up pumps when needed). In saying that, the number of top-up-pumps required will vary depending on the showerhead mode you’ve chosen. Learn more about the different showerhead modes here.
Sure can! Just flick the switch to facilitate a continuous stream of water - no nozzle hold necessary.
Taking the weight of the Beach Showers themselves into account and with the understanding that 1L equals 1 kg, a 5L Beach Shower will weigh 6.5 kg while an 8L Beach Shower will weigh just over 10 kg.
We recommend storing upright to avoid any unnecessary bumps or knocks to the hose connector or pressure release value, which may then lead to escape of water.
Our Beach Showers are designed so that they don’t require regular cleaning.
We do however recommend the occasional cleaning with anti-bacterial tablets such as Milton or the good old white vinegar and water combo. In fact, the latter is great for cleaning the inner parts of the hose and cap.
Simply fill the bladder with ¼ white vinegar and pump to run the solution through the showerhead - switching modes to ensure you rinse every showerhead type. Once finished, fill it with clean water (cold) and run through all the showerhead modes once again.
If you've already given your Beach Shower a good rinse the next step is to add a few drops of vanilla into the equation.
Add the drops to an empty tank then fill with about 1L of water. Give it a good swish around, empty the tank and then leave it open to air and dry out.

Yes, provided we haven’t begun the fulfilment process. Keep in mind though that due to the high volume of orders and our next-day shipping commitment, we can’t guarantee this. The best advice we can give if you want to change your order is to contact us directly via firstname.lastname@example.org
Returning your order for a refund is possible, but you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item/s to request an exchange, credit or refund.
Any items returned to us that don’t meet the requirements outlined in our Returns Policy will not be refunded. Keep in mind that you are responsible for any postage costs.

Step 2: Purchase a new Beach Shower in your desired size
Note that all items returned must be unused and in brand-new condition to be eligible for a refund. Shipping costs are also your responsibility.

That little bag of goodies are spare parts that can be used to pro-long the life of your Beach Shower and are given as an 'Emergency Warranty Repair Kit' when you receive your Beach Shower. No need to add them now, you can tap into them at a later date should you need to.

Like everyone else we enjoy taking the weekends off, so we may not reply to you over the weekend. Don’t worry though! We promise to get back to you as soon as we can during the business week.
You can track your order by clicking the tracking link provided in the shipping confirmation email. If you haven't received an email yet, don’t fret! All orders usually take around 24 to 48 hours to be dispatched.
Unfortunately due to our quick turnaround on all orders, you’re unable to change your address once it’s been processed.
If the tracking link indicates that the package has been delivered but you haven't received it, please double-check with your family members/neighbours/friends first.
If the order is still missing, contact Australia post / your country's national carrier (can be found in the shipping policy.) If they can’t find your order, you can then contact us and we’ll work with Australia post to locate it.
All orders are shipped with Australia Post (both within Australia and internationally).
We offer free standard shipping on all Beach Showers within Australia. We also offer express shipping at an additional cost should you wish to receive your product urgently. The express shipping cost is calculated automatically for you at checkout.
If you require international shipping, we offer free International Shipping to NZ, the US, Canada and the UK with an express shipping option at an additional cost.
For the EU and the rest of the world, the shipping cost will also be calculated for you at checkout.

Please be aware that international orders may be subject to local customs and import fees upon delivery. These fees are to be paid by you to the courier and not by Beach Soul®. If you choose to refuse the customs fee, your parcel may be abandoned and we will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result.
