• We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
• We do not dispatch orders on Sundays or public holidays.
• Items in stock usually ship the next business day.
• Our warehouse does not support order collection.

Delivery Information

Once your order is ready to ship, we'll send you an email with a tracking number to keep you updated every step of the way.

It’s crucial to double-check your shipping address when placing an order, as we’re unable to reroute shipments once an order is placed.

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes and military addresses.

For orders with delivery to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Micronesia, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, US Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas / Europe / Pacific please visit our Australian website so we can get you showering ASAP!

Shipping Options

Deliveries within the continental United States.

• Standard:
  Estimated delivery time: 3-7 business days

• Priority:
  Estimated delivery time: 2-5 business days
  

• Express:
  Estimated delivery time: 2-3 business days
  

Deliveries internationally (including Canada)

• Standard:
  Estimated delivery time: 7 - 30 business days
  

• Express:
  Estimated delivery time: 1 - 6 business days
  

During peak shipping times (Thanksgiving through Christmas), we recommend adding an additional two business days to your average transit times.

Handling Delays and Issues

Some packages can take longer to deliver for any average transit time due to any of the following reasons:

• Misplaced by a carrier and later found
• Issues with the delivery address
• The customer moved
• Cannot get in contact with the end customer

Once in the hands of the shipping carrier, we cannot control delivery delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided by you, or if it's not picked up from the depot, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred for redelivery.

We're unable to offer refunds for late deliveries, uncollected orders, orders returned due to unpaid local taxes or duties, or if the order was refused.

Taxes and Duties

Where possible taxes and duties are pre-paid on your order and collected at checkout for a smoother and quicker shipping experience. The total tax amount will be displayed during checkout.

However, in some instances, deliveries to countries outside of the United State will incur taxes and duties to be paid locally.
