We want you to love your Beach Soul gear just as much as we do — but if it’s not quite right, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of purchase, as long as it’s unused, in its original packaging, in re-sellable condition, and meets the eligibility criteria outlined below.
Change of Mind Returns
You can return your item(s) within 30 days of purchase for a refund — minus a $25 return shipping fee.
To get a refund, your item must meet all these conditions:
- It must be brand new, unused, and in re-sellable condition — exactly how you received it, with the original packaging unopened
- Any initial shipping charges, duties, or taxes you paid won't be refunded
- The $25 return shipping fee will be taken out of your refund
- You're responsible for getting the item back to us (we’ll give you the return label once approved)
For health, hygiene and safety reasons, we can’t accept returns on used portable showers, and any product that doesn’t meet the return conditions above — no refund will be issued.
We do not accept returns on any Beach Soul items purchased outside of www.beachsoul.co - please contact the authorized dealer directly.
How to Submit a Change of Mind Return
- Start your return using our Returns Portal — just follow the steps
- Pack it up in the original shipping box (not just the gift box) to keep it safe on the way back
- Send it back using the return label we give you — the $25 return shipping fee will come out of your refund
- Once it arrives at our warehouse, we’ll process your refund within 10 days

Beach Soul Warranty
Every Beach Soul Shower is backed by a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. It covers any manufacturing faults or performance issues under normal use.
