For all change of mind returns, please ensure the following criteria are met:

1. You notify us within 7 days of receiving the item you want to return
2. For a return to be accepted, the item must be in its original, new, and unused condition, with packaging unopened.

Please note, any initial shipping charges, along with prepaid duties and taxes, will not be refunded. Additionally, the responsibility for the return shipping cost lies with the customer.
